How much is a show home?

The typical investment required to create a show home like the examples on this page is 0.75% - 3% of the property value. Please indicate the budget you have available when requesting a quote, and we will advise you on the best solution to meet your budget.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to all UK mainland areas. Cost of delivery to Mainland UK is decided by area in which your property is situated. We can deliver to the Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Jersey and delivery costs will be charged accordingly. Please call for a quote.

What is the minimum time I can rent for?

Our minimum rental term is 12 weeks. This is the optimum time period for selling property between the marking launch and exchange of contracts. If you want rental furniture for longer, you can extend the rental period or buy at any time.

Do I have to select the furnishings & accessories to be rented?

We will work closely with you off plan and provide pictures of similar projects. Our design team will select the exact items on your behalf after understanding your requirements. If required we can send out a designer to assess your property and develop a full design plan for an extra cost.

Do I have an option to buy?

If you start out with rental furniture, you can decide to buy later. Property buyers often ask if they can buy the furniture installed in show homes. We can even sell you individual items from an installation if that’s what your buyers want. No other company can be so flexible.

What do I do at the end of my rental agreement?

A couple of weeks before the end of the 12 week agreement, we will contact you and ask if you want to extend your term, buy the furniture or return it. We’ll then arrange a time which is convenient to you.

Can I rent single items?

We are geared up to supply furniture and accessories to dress a full house or apartment. It is very rarely cost efficient for us to deliver single items of furniture. If you require several items, it would be worth giving us a call on freephone 0800 27 47 56 for a quote.
